Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

Firstly, to provide students with an in-depth understanding of the texts, case law, and practices in the field of the free movement of people, both within and towards the European Union; and secondly, building on the theoretical part, to engage discussion about future challenges.

To improve students' understanding of the main features of European Union policy in the fields of the police and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
