"Individual projects and extra-academic path" (called "Electronic Portfolio" or "ePF") is a monitoring tool for students in musicology, over the three years of the baccalaureate. A tool that encourages students to invest in extra-academic cultural activities and to enhance their value. A tool to track students in developing skills and building new knowledge outside the academic field. The ePF is a useful educational tool for the student not only during his studies, but also at the beginning of his career to demonstrate his cultural openness and his motivated involvement in the cultural and heritage sectors.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1
The ePF is part of a pedagogy that gives a large place to the student and his ability to learn. The student must be able to select relevant cultural activities and to explain the motivation of his choices. He must be accountable for his activities with a critical eye while taking advantage of the diversity of possible approaches to the same subject. The ePF favors the personal productions (activity reports) of the student who develops editorial skills specific to a university job. The ePF must enable the student to become aware of his learning and evaluate it. The ePF therefore largely promotes the self-training of students.

Content
At the end of the BAC3, the ePF is composed of participation reporting forms for activities carried out in BAC1, BAC2 and BAC3, and a final report. Every student must complete a certain number of activities per year. The student is careful to diversify the types of activities, particularly in BAC2 and BAC3. The content of the ePF varies from one student to another as far as the student chooses the activities in which he wishes to invest, and where he is responsible for the seriousness with which he reports. The final report will analyze in a transversal way the achievements of the student during the three years of baccaulauréat. The ePF of each student will be associated with a "paper" file consisting of supporting documents for his participation in the various activities and annexes to the activity reports, the nature of which is specified in the ad hoc form. In addition, at the end of each academic year, the student must submit to his / her supervisor all validated forms and, at the end of the baccalaureate cycle, the entire ePF. The ePF is based on a continuous evaluation of the activities during the three years of the baccalaureate and on a validation of the test (5 credits) at the end of the third year of the cycle.
