Legal and ethical rules relating to the freedom of the press and other forms of communication (internet, advertising, etc.) confronted with the protective rules of the individual (honor and reputation, right to the image, privacy, right of reply, copyright').
At the end oh this course, the student will be able to critically examine the different existing rules in order to apply them and to weigh them in a series of concrete cases such a those wich will be submitted to him during the examination.
