Content
This course first offers a panorama of the framework in which are organized the public finances from the European level to the local level, including the European System of Accounts (ESA) and some key figures as well as notions of public economy and management. On this basis, students will be invited to apply these budgetary principles through the collection and analysis of empirical data, and to present their findings.
Teaching methods
This course combines lectures with workshops and presentations in smaller groups
Evaluation methods
This course is assessed both on theoretical levels and on practical levels.
