This course follows on from LARKE1145 course (arke11ba) concerning the learning of the scientific methodology specific to history of art, by developing the analysis of a piece of art, either architectural or carved (state of the art, description, work of art history, technologic, iconographic, stylistic and typological analysis). These audience sessions are associated with practical works in situ in Belgian museums and heritage sites.
The student's progression through his or her work will be subject to individual monitoring by the teachers and their assistants.
Evaluation methods
