Prerequisites

Main themes
The theoretical course will favour self-learning. The systems studied are : 1. Circulatory and lymphatic systems, lymphoid tissues 2. Respiratory system 3. Digestive system 4. Urinary system 5. Endocrine system 6. Nervous system 7. Reproduction system Practical lessons will be dedicated to the analysis of iconographic documents and microscopical preparations for the anatomical and histological aspects, and to human physiology exercises. Directed lectures and seminars will stimulate critical mind, synthesis capacities and intellectual curiosity through discussions, in small groups, of chapters or specific questions. They also exercice communication skills.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 To study the main systems focused on mammals with a strong preference for the human species, integrating anatomical, histological, and physiological data necessary to the comprehension of each system.
