Main themes
This course studies: - enterprise in the economic environment, - organisation design and framework, - fundamental aspects of enterprise analysis (variable factors, human resources, capital) - fundamental tools of enterprise management: accounting, financial analysis, risk analysis, investments profitability analysis, decision analysis, and marketing - strategic aspects of enterprise management in agricultural and food sector: enterprise/ environment, innovation-patent-intellectual ownership rights, enterprise growth, vertical versus horizontal integration.
Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 This course is an introduction of enterprises functioning and management in agricultural, food and bio-industrial sectors. The objective of this course is the study and application of fundamental concepts and tools of enterprise management. At the end of this course, the student should master fundamental concepts and be able to analyse autonomously typical problems of enterprise management in the agricultural and food sector.
