This year's class will offer an ongoing reading of the Epistle to the Hebrews, a text of capital importance not only for evaluating the Jewish roots of Christianity, but also for understanding the extraordinarily rich reception of this text, as well as its theological implications. Chapter by chapter, therefore, we will go through the epistle, highlighting the rhetorical techniques used and the theological implications of the author's words.
