In this course, public finances' main principles are presented, from the European level to the local level, and are applied through budgetary simulations.

Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :
1	At the end of this course, the students will be able to: Define the main principles of public finances Describe the framework in which public finances are organized Apply the main principles through budgetary simulations, via data collection and data analysis Present their analytical findings
