Tasks, procedures and constraints related to the fields of visitor reception, pedagogical policy, storage, site management, mounting exhibitions, personnel management, and finance (including relations with subsidy-granting bodies).

To make students aware of the different aspects of the practical life of a museum: introduction to procedures and consideration of constraints arising from the situation on the ground. |
Content
The structure of the course is linked to the examination of the conditions and criteria for accreditation of museums in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. There will be meetings with museum professionals and behind-the-scenes visits.
Teaching methods
Lecture course based on legal texts and field trips.
