Main themes
In a world where urbanisation progresses, understanding the factors that structure spatial organisation, in particular of settlements, is more pressing than ever. What are the factors that influence the trajectory of cities ?  How goods, services and people flows have been shaping urban spaces and the territories linked to these cities ? We will use various classical geographical models to retrace the development trajectories of several study cases.
