Content
The internship can be carried out in a museum, an archaeological deposit, on an excavation site, etc. Excursions are excluded, but it is possible to participate in the active guidance of a two-week stay in Egypt.
In all cases, the course consists of work on textual sources or on a group of objects requiring philological study. This work must also be combined with a contextualized study of the material supports of the inscriptions or the texts studied.

Practical training supported by an internship supervisor and writing of the scientific work under the supervision of the dissertation promoter.
Evaluation methods
The evaluation combines (1) the opinion of the tutor (25%) and (2) the 10-page philological research work (75%).

The work placement must be carried out in the academic year in which it is included in the student's annual programme.
