On successful completion of this programme, each student is able to :


  • Understand and motivate the overall structure of the supply chain of a company
  • Appreciate the interrelations between supply chain management and corporate strategy, finance and marketing
  • Formulate and critically examine key decisions for supply, manufacturing and distribution
  • The key learning objectives of the module are to:
    • Provide an eye-opener to how complexity dimensions’ drive supply chain structure and performance
    • Provide tools and indicators for anticipating and mitigating the effects of complexity upon supply chain performance
    • Introduce exchange of practice and standards in international supply chain collaboration
