Joseph Earsom

Joseph Earsom is a PhD researcher at the UC Louvain, within the Institut de sciences politiques Louvain-Europe (ISPOLE). He is a member of the Centre for European Studies (Centre d'études européennes - CEE). He is researching the EU's climate diplomacy within the international regime complex on climate change.
Joseph holds an Advanced Master in European Politics & Policies (MEPP) from the Faculty of Social Sciences at the KU Leuven, where he wrote his thesis on the policy advisory system surrounding EU-financed projects in Morocco. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and French from the University of Colorado (USA), with some additional graduate coursework in International Relations. Before beginning his graduate studies, he worked in logistics and project management.
He speaks English and French fluently.
