Measures at a glance

Teleworking is compulsory for the functions that lend themselves to it and with respect for the continuity of the university's missions. However, it is permitted to return to the workplace a maximum of one day per week. Cafeterias and social rooms are accessible in accordance with the rules of the hotel and catering industry.
Learning and evaluation activities may take place face-to-face, subject to certain conditions and provided that no more than 20% of students are present at any one time.

For practical work activities equipped with specific equipment and which cannot be carried out at a distance (e.g. laboratories), the number of students present simultaneously in the room must be limited as much as possible, in addition to compliance with general sanitary measures.

Working meetings can bring together a maximum of 50 people. Scientific and other professional events can be held face-to-face with permission and with a limited number of participants. Drinks, receptions and other catering activities are permitted in accordance with the rules of the hotel and catering industry.
Libraries, computer labs and Learning centers are accessible by wearing a mask and keeping a physical distance of 1.5m.
Extracurricular student activities in the UCLouvain buildings are suspended.
Business or study trips are allowed under certain conditions, as is the reception of international visitors.
