The following rules apply during an examination at one of the UCLouvain sites:
At all times
It is compulsory to
- Minimise travel, especially between student flat and home
- Wearing the mask
- Regularly check hand hygiene, in particular via the hydroalcoholic gel terminals
- Keep to the right, obey the signs and avoid lifts and gatherings
When wearing a mask or any other fabric alternative is not possible for medical reasons, a face shield should be used. Furthermore, persons who, due to a situation of disability attested by a medical certificate, are unable to wear a mask, fabric alternative or face shield, are exempted from wearing a mask or alternative to a mask.
Priority in the use of lifts is given to persons with reduced mobility and delivery personnel.
Persons at increased risk from the Covid-19 will consult their specialist and/or general practitioner so that their situation can be analysed on a case-by-case basis, as not every situation is associated with the same risk. On the basis of medical advice, additional precautions aimed at strict compliance with health measures (reduction in the number of contacts, safe distance, hand hygiene and wearing a mask or other reasonable adaptation) will be taken by the organising authority. These additional precautions will be validated by the prevention adviser or the SIPPT.
Before the exam
It is compulsory to patient outdoors and with respect for distance
In all auditorium pools, students are asked to circulate according to the signs. In addition to internal signage, in large auditorium pools, entrance to the halls can be controlled and channeled according to the number of students.
To avoid crowds inside the auditorium halls, students are invited to wait outside. It is therefore recommended to anticipate weather conditions that could be unfavourable.
An identity check can be carried out at this time. In this case, all contact should be avoided; in particular, the student should present his/her card and keep it with him/her. In addition, the student may be asked to remove his/her mask briefly for identity verification.
During the examination
It is compulsory to
- At the end of the examination, deposit your copy in a cardboard box provided by the examination organiser
- Use the equipment provided to clean the objects and surfaces used in the case of an oral examination
The doors of the examination room remain open as much as possible to avoid contact with the door handles.
Directional directions are placed in the important auditorium poles. However, during an evacuation, the nearest exit should be used regardless of the directional display.
After the examination
It is mandatory to leave the premises immediately and individually.
Between each examination, the windows of all examination rooms which offer the possibility of natural ventilation are open. In large auditoriums, the fresh air renewal rate of the ventilation systems is maximised wherever the equipment allows.
