An academic pre-selection is possible for students applying BEFORE March 15
For pre-selection, students are required to send a “light application file” by e-mail to Stéphanie Pavlovitch including the next documents:
1. CV
2. Transcript of records
3. Motivation letter
4. One recommendation letter
In case of pre-selection, you will be required to fill in the UCLouvain on-line application form and the administrative requirements.
Deadlines :
· 30 April for Non EU students
· 31 August for EU students
Remark: a positive academic pre-selection does not automatically imply official admission.
