Advanced master in international and development economics

The Economic Departments at the University of Namur (UNamur) and at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) organize jointly a one-year post graduate program in International and Development Economics within the framework of the Economics School of Louvain (ESL).

Program graduates will obtain an Advanced Master’s Degree in International and Development Economics.

The master program has successfully been in existence for more than 15 years. Professorship includes academics with a well established international reputation and an extensive field experience in developing countries.

The objective of the program is to train students in international and development economics and help them to become qualified actors in the field of economic development in the context of an integrated world economy.

The courses taught are structured around two main themes: macroeconomic policies and economic development including its institutional aspects.

The language of instruction is English and the program is organized by the UNamur.
