Out teaching assistants in Strategy and Organization visited the university restaurants (Resto U) to better understand their business model, their strategy, the network of entrepreneurs they support and the ways in which work is organized.
It was also an opportunity to taste the know-how of the Resto U teams, and to discuss the profession of assistant and its guidelines with the Domain Manager.
