Guidelines for attendees :

- we ask that you join the Teams group a few minutes before so we can start on time

- please turn off your microphone during the talk to limit noise

- you can ask your questions at the end of the presentation : either (1) by writing it out fully in the chat (Patrick or I will point them out to the speaker), OR (2) by writing  a « :thumbup » in the chat and we then will give you the opportunity to ask your question yourself

Guidelines for speakers :

- we strongly encourage you to aim for a 20 min presentation, with an emphasis on introduction material

- a few days before your seminar, please send us an image that we can use to advertise your talk

- please join the Teams group 10 min prior to make sure everything is working well

- you will present by sharing your screen to the audience, however it is your choice if you would prefer to have your webcam on or off
