Research seminars Day

A day dedicated to research seminars proposed in our programs : Networking and security, Software, IA & ML. Talks will be given by researchers at UCLouvain but also by high-profile representatives of the industry in the auditorium Salle de séminaire "Jean-Baptiste Carnoy" - Croix du Sud, 4 (map-point "d").

Good way to make your seminar selection and to start  new academic year. This workshop is open for Master Students in Computer Science who are enrolled in one of the three seminars (LINFO2349, LINFO2359, and LINFO2369). Registration is mandatory, thank you to fill in the registration form below.

10:10-11:00 -- Guest presentation #1: Eonix
Guest presentations will be given by representatives of the industry who will highlight how research and R&D are important in the innovation capacity of companies.
 
Eonix is a spin-off company from UCLouvain established in 2007 and active in the Walloon region. Eonix specializes in the acquisition and management of sensitive data with applications in several domains, from medical applications to education, for the public sector and other companies. The company has developed with its R&D a number of products and services sharing a common architecture and tailored for the management of sensitive data. Eonix employs about 40 collaborators and is located in Mons' science parc Initialis.
