Second-place winner of the RWW Student Paper Contest

Arka Halder, PhD student (supervisor : prof. Jean-Pierre Raskin) has won the second-place prize in the student paper contest at the IEEE Radio & Wireless Week (RWW) 2022 in Las Vegas, USA (16 - 19 January 2022) for the paper entitled "22 nm FD-SOI MOSFET Figures of Merit at High Temperatures upto 175 °C".

RWW consists of five related conferences focusing on the intersection between wireless communication theory, systems, circuits, and devices technologies.

For the student paper contest, the selected student finalists from the 5 topical conferences had to present their work in 3 formats based on which the judges selected the first and second place winners: a ‘shark-tank’ style 4-minute elevator pitch, a poster and a standard oral presentation.
