We are very happy to welcome Dimitri Lederer in ICTEAM as a new faculty !
Dimitri finished his PhD at UCL in 2006 under the supervision of Prof. J.-P. Raskin in the field of microwave SOI device and substrate characterization. He then pursued his post-doctoral studies at Tyndall National Institute, Cork, Ireland in Prof. J.-P. Colinge’s group where he worked on the fabrication and characterization of Si nanowires.
He joined the private sector in 2008 where he led the development of electronics and microwave products for more than 10 years within the R&D teams of various small and large companies.
Before joining UCLouvain as professor of THz systems and circuits, his last assignment was at GlobalFoundries where he worked on the development of SOI-based technologies for microwave and millimeter wave applications (5G, 6G, IOT, automative radars, …).
