If you prefer to stay in Brussels, recommended hotels include the IBIS Grand Place, Hôtel La Madeleine, Hôtel Saint-Nicolas and IBIS Centre Ste Catherine.
The train journey from Louvain-la-Neuve to Brussels lasts about 45 minutes and costs €5.20 (2 to 4 trains per hour). The railway station Bruxelles-Central is close to the Grand Place and the suggested hotels (max. 15-minute walk). Other railway stations allow easy access to Louvain-la-Neuve (Bruxelles-Schuman, Bruxelles-Luxembourg and Bruxelles-Etterbeek).
Participants can also select among a range of B&Bs in the vicinity of Louvain-la-Neuve (but if you choose this option, please make sure the selected B&B is within walking distance or at least reachable by means of public transportation).
