Congratulations to Patrice Cani and Clara Depommier who won the Scientific Award for the best paper published in 2018-2019 in the field of diabetes & metabolism.
They were elected by the Belgian Endocrine Society for the publication "Supplementation with Akkermansia muciniphila in overweight and obese human volunteers: a proof-of-concept exploratory study" published in 2019 in Nature Medicine and presented during the annual BES meeting 2020.
