Doctoral Seminar by Shuili DU, Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics

"Marketing and Society : Influence of technology, environment and societal issues on marketing and consumer behavior."

3 sessions of 3-hour class and 1 session of students' oral presentation on their proposed research projects.

Focus on the general topic of marketing & society, and in particular, examine the influence of

  1. technology (e.g., artificial intelligence, cyber security, social media), 
  2. environment (e.g., climate change, green products/innovations),
  3. societal issues (e.g., education, poverty, diversity) on marketing and consumer behavior.
