When you pass the exam of a course of your additional programme, you should ask the course teacher to fill an attestation with your mark and upload the attestation in the MY ADDITIONAL PROGRAMME area.
It is your responsibility to notify the PhD commission (e.g. by email) when you have accomplished your complete additional programme.
