Who can apply? Members of the academic and scientific bodies
Why apply? To develop a project involving an artist in teaching and/or research programs
Deadline for submission: 1 June 2021
In order to give new impetus to the cultural policy of our University, and based on the principle that culture is not an end in itself but a means to think and act on the world, it is necessary to place culture at the heart of teaching and research.
The Research-Creation Fund aims to enable the intersection of the arts and sciences. It is intended to finance the hosting of artists in the framework of courses or seminars, as well as initiatives combining creative practices and university research, in order to inspire another way of thinking and innovating, not individually, but in a dynamic of co-creation/reflection.
A call for projects is launched each year in April (for projects carried out during the next academic year).
Project selection criteria
- The project will be anchored in a Faculty or Institute and will associate one or more artists with a teaching and/or research project;
- The main promoter of the project must be a member of the academic and/or scientific bodies;
- Multidisciplinary projects will be of particular interest to the jury;
- A budget must indicate the expenses, but also possible other sources of financing (Faculty, Institute, Research Centre, etc.).
Online application form to be submited before 1 June 2021.
