Students who want to take an off-degree class must receive authorization from the relevant faculty.Students who want to take a language class offered by the UCLouvain Language Institute (ILV) as a student-at-large must receive authorization from the ILV.
They must attach the authorization to the Special enrolment form.
The peculiar enrolment form and the authorization from the relevant Service must be sent by e-mail to the Enrolment Service
Students regularly enrolled in an academic program can enrol up to 30 credits.For others, the limit is maximum 20 credits.
Please note, students who do not have an European nationality and who have not obtained assimilation to a Belgian student, cannot enrol for isolated lessons

In the event of cumulative enrolment of multiple isolated teaching unit (s) and language courses for a number of credits greater than language course prices will apply.
Jury is addressed to any person who can justify the impossibility of regular enrolment in a university and who wishes, under these conditions, to undertake basic 1st or 2nd cycle university studies.
Note: the student, who for two academic years has been enroled in the same year of study of the same course, either in a university institution or with the jury of the French Community of Belgium, cannot enrol ister for the same exams as after a period corresponding to three academic years.

Admission dates for the session:

June 2024: from January to March 2024 inclusive.

September 2024: from May to June 2024 inclusive. ! From July 1 to 31, 2024 only for students who, postponed to the June 2024 session, wish to enrol again for the September 2024 session.
Documents to provide :

a certificate justifying the impossibility of taking a regular enrollment in a university

a certificate justifying your activities during the last five years

a certified photocopy of your certificate or attestation giving access to university education (see admission conditions)

a certified photocopy of any other diploma obtained after your secondary studies

a photocopy of both sides of your identity card or passport

a certificate of residence
The cost of registering for a session for the 2023-2024 academic year is € 384.00. The Enrolment Office will proceed with your final enrolment as soon as the payment of academic fees has been received.

In order to host or send a trainee, the status of the person (trainee, student or visitor) must first be determined. Before taking any administrative steps, you are requested to contact the faculty managers who will assess the "status".
Once all the steps have been taken with the faculty, the trainee sends an e-mail to the site of the the Enrolment Office where the traineeship will take place. To this e-mail must be attached
