What stands to be found?
- Centre Placet
Welcome and accommodation house for students from Southern countries.
- Erasmus Student Network (ESN)
ESN is the key volunteer student organization in international higher education in Europe.
Presentation of their activities, information about their second hand shop, buddy programme.
- General Coordination for international Students (CGEI)
Provides services, support and guidance to international students for making their stay at UCLouvain a success.
Information on administrative procedure and city visits.
Tourism Office for the city of Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve.
Information on Louvain-la-Neuve city, its various neighborhoods, etc.
- Kot Erasmus (*)
Responsible for welcoming, accommodating and assisting international students upon their arrival in Louvain-la-Neuve.
Presentation of its numerous sports and fun events.
- Kot Ardoise (*)
Promotes the French language through activities available for French speakers and non-French speakers.
Presentation of various activities: conversation table, Big Olympics, News contest, and so on...
- The Language institute of UCLouvain (ILV)
Provides language teaching units, part of students’ annual programs (PAE) of UClouvain.
Presentation of the range of languages and registration conditions by the ILV staff.
- Musée L
The UCLouvain museum, with 32.000 items in its collection, explores some new and unusual encounters that tell us about the world and our humanity. Art works are not the only thing on display: the museum also presents the UCLouvain’s scientific collections.
Museum L is not like other museums: it is a place of living dialogue and exciting discovery.
- Student Support Service (AIDE)
Offers social and financial assistance, psychological and psycho pedagogical support, health advice, support for students
with disabilities, disorders or disabling illness.
Information on the Belgian health system (mutuelle) and on its activities.
- Sport and Fitness Service (SPOR)
Provides a large choice of excellent sport facilities and activities on the campus. Opportunity to join the ‘Sports’ card.
- UCLouvain Culture
There are plenty of ways to appreciate culture on campus: Take in the theatre, catch a film, watch, play or perform ... More than 50 free cultural events and many more advantages through Wallonia and Brussels!
