When you are a member "Sport UCLOUVAIN" (in other words, when you have paid your membership and get your UCLOUVAIN Sport Student card) you are covered by an insurance for all the activities offered by the Sport Service.
In case of injury or incident, get in touch as quick as possible with the Sport Service Tél 010/474440 (you will have to fill in a form for the insurance company)
NB : The temporary membership is valid until 31th October.
You must be in possession of your “Sport card” when you attend any sportive activity. As from September, you can be controlled. In case of fraud, you will be informed as a first step and secondly, punished if the offence is repeated.
