A team of UCL students wins the 2nd edition of the ING Hackathon event that took place in Brussels on 29 March 2015.
The team, called INGLearning, is composed by SINF students: Gusbin Quentin, Kabasele Ndonda Gorby, Malengreau Syméon, and Vrielynck Nicolas.
They win the first prize while competing against 9 other teams. The prize is a trip to San Francisco and the Silicon Valley together with a mentor from ING to visit several Belgian startups operating in the valley.
Their winning idea is a pair of educational mobile apps to help children learn banking, under the supervision of parents.
