In the UCL International section, you will find some general and useful practical information for the international students.

Beside this general information, Louvain School of Engineering has developped some more specific information related to our school. Throughout this section, you will find the most relevant information for international students organizing their arrival in Louvain-la-Neuve:

To make things easier for you, we have also gathered all the above information in a single Handbook for the international student at EPL.

As a general rule, we recommend incoming international students at EPL to arrive at the latest 2-3 working days before the start of courses for Fall and Spring Semesters. This will allow them to complete all their administrative and logistics steps, in order to be fully operational when courses begin. Furthermore, EPL organizes some walk-in sessions during those days, to provide information and assistance on those administrative and logistics matters.
