To make things easier for you, we have also gathered all the above information in a single Handbook for the international student 
at EPL.
As a general rule, we recommend incoming international students at EPL to arrive at the latest 2-3 working days before the start of courses for Fall and Spring Semesters. This will allow them to complete all their administrative and logistics steps, in order to be fully operational when courses begin. Furthermore, EPL organizes some walk-in sessions during those days, to provide information and assistance on those administrative and logistics matters.
