Step 1 - Nomination by the Partner University
Via Mobility Online application, the Partner fill in the details of each selected students
- before April 30 for an exchange in the First Term (From September to January)
- before Octover 31 for an exchange in the Second Term (From February to June)
Step 2 - On-line application by the selected students
Via Mobility Online application, once confirmation from UCLouvain has been received by e-mail
- before Mai 31 for an exchange in the First Term (From September to January)
- before November 30 for an exchange in the Second Term (From February to June)
- Before you apply, please check if an agreement exists between your university and UCLouvain
