NOMINATION PROCESS
Please contact the International Office of your home university/faculty to find out if they have a current bilateral exchange agreement with the entity you are interested in. Follow the process at your home university to get selected.
The nomination process will be undertaken by your international office and will take place on our Mobility-Online platform.
Level of French and English:
- At Master’s level, we expect all exchange students to have a good command (both written and verbal) of the English language (at least Level B2).
- At Bachelor’s level, most of our courses are taught in French and therefore it is essential that your level in French be adequate (at least B2 level).
APPLICATION PROCESS
The deadlines for receiving your nomination are:

31 October | for the Spring semester (February-June) |
After we have received and approved your nomination on the mobility-online platform, you will receive a number of emails asking you to create your login and complete your application.
The deadlines for receiving your application are as follows:

Required documents
As part of our online application, you will be required to submit the following documents to start the process:
- Copy of passport/ID (must be valid throughout your stay in Belgium, copies of front and back are required);
- Transcript of records.
- Acceptance of UCLouvain regulations
