Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are 20-25' long with 5' for questions (and changing rooms).
All rooms will be equiped with PCs and data projectors.
Please install your presentation in advance. If you need to use your own computer, please bring adaptors with you (especially if it's a Mac!).
Poster Presentations
Posters will be on display throughout the three conference days. Authors are expected to stand near their posters throughout the poster session.
The poster session will start off with a one-minute presentation of each of the posters by their authors.
The following information should be helpful when designing your poster:
- Each author will be assigned an A0 size (841 x 1189 mm).
- Posters will be mounted on the poster board with Velcro.
