Non-standard Seahorse experiments

Bruxelles Woluwe

- Fatty acid oxidation measurements

- Assessment of the specific activity of electron transport chain complexes (ETC)

  • in isolated mitochondria

  • in permeabilized cells

- OCR and ECAR measurements in non-adherent cells (eg. T cells)

Reagents provisioning (at cost price) and technical support along the above non-standard Seahorse experiments by scientists/technicians on the payroll of the FATH pole imply that collaboration is the only possible mode of work at this stage. This means co-authorship on scientific publications resulting from the use of the system (for both Dr. C. Corbet and Prof. O. Feron).
