Registration/Information desk
The registration / Information desk will be located in the entrance hall of the "Auditoires des Sciences - SCES01" (Place des Sciences 2, 1348 Louvain-la-Neuve).
How to reach Louvain-La-Neuve ?
Louvain-la-Neuve can be reached by car via the Brussels-Namur highway (E411 Brussels-Namur/Namen).
From Brussels: take exit 8a: Louvain-la-Neuve Centre.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Louvain-la-Neuve (N4). Continue along until the next roundabout, take the 1st exit (Boulevard Baudouin 1er) and then the 1st or 2nd exit on the right.
From Namur: take exit 9: Louvain-la-Neuve/Mont St-Guibert.
At the roundabout, take the 1st exit towards Louvain-la-Neuve (N4). Continue along until the 2nd roundabout, take the 3rd exit (Boulevard Baudouin 1er) and then the 1st or 2nd exit on the right.
Car Park
Parking lots are available near the Auditorium SCES01.

Occasional visitors (up to 3 days maximum) may have temporary access to Zone B. To obtain the UCLouvain ad hoc label, you must contact Mrs. Sadia Benyoub.
To apply for a sticker, it is necessary to provide your license plate number and telephone number.
Be careful, because outside zone B, it is a blue zone (2h). There are frequent police checks !
