Starting the next promotion (N°11) in January 2021, the UCLouvain BMI International Executive MBA is intended for ambitious managers and entrepreneurs who will be the game changers of tomorrow. The 12-month part-time programme provides the knowledge, skills and vision so you can confidently make management decisions across all areas and functions.

"As one of the co-founders of the BMI in 1999, the Louvain School of Management is proud to witness the exceptional growth and success that BMI has had in the executive education market in the Baltic States. Focusing at educational quality and international differentiation, BMI has managed to construct a set of executive trainings that deliver what they promise: personal transformation for excellence.
It is therefore a natural step for UCLouvain to turn to the BMI for our first joint venture in executive education, the international Executive MBA. Combining the scientific and disciplinary strength of the Louvain School of Management with the unique expertise in executive education of BMI, the new international EMBA Programme will offer the best of the two partners."

LSM Dean, Prof. Per Joakim Agrell

Why the UCLouvain BMI International EMBA?

This is a unique EMBA for ambitious managers and entrepreneurs who want to upgrade their knowledge, vision, skills and values, without interrupting their work, with top professors from the Americas, Europe and Asia, and diverse classmates who are equally experienced and insightful.

High quality

Learn from the best: professors from leading business schools worldwide (like HEC Paris and Shanghai Jiao Tong) deliver this EMBA, which develops a systematic grasp of all the pieces in the business puzzle so you can confidently make management decisions across all areas and functions.

The programme is internationally certified for quality by the global accreditor the EFMD – one of only 2 EMBAs in the world which has earned full 5-year EFMD programme accreditation. Participants consistently rate it above 9 out of 10 for quality year after year.

Exclusive “executive mobility modules” at up to 10 global venues enable our participants to open new horizons. And the many outstanding alumni of the programme and affiliate schools add international networking value.

The EFMD – the global accreditor – praises the programme as truly international with a practical executive approach.

Get ready to push the boundaries of business thinking as leaders of positive change for markets, organisations, and society.

We have always innovated in both style and content. Take our global faculty network, our focus on managers’ deep skills, our collaborative real-life projects, and our constant updating of modules.

Build the strategic insight, big-picture vision and specific practical know-how top managers need – since that is what most of our participants are (or aim to be). From “intrapreneurs” at major multinationals, to creators and developers of newer and smaller business ventures. This EMBA is strong in all things entrepreneurial. Like our guest speakers, project judges and many lecturers.

We and our programmes are very much values driven. Partner UCLouvain, Louvain School of Management is a pioneer in social responsibility and sustainability, inspiring ambition to have a positive impact on the world.

We are human centred – keen on people’s wellbeing and growth. Starting with participants, whom we help develop confident executive presence and skills. And whom we encourage to become creative disruptors.
