Specialisation/Professional focus: Governance and European Societies
Three modules
History, Cultures and Societies
helps the student develop an in-depth knowledge of the mechanisms gover-
ning European society, in relation to human rights and values
External Relations of the European Union and Global Governance
addresses the EU's international role as a
global player in this era of globalisation
Governance and Polices of the European Union
focuses on the principal internal policies of the EU. This
module places particular emphasis on budgetary issues and European decision-making processes.
