Public policies are both the cornerstone and the by-product of political life, shaping and being shaped by polity and politics. This course equips students with essential tools to understand and analyse public policies in all their dimensions, including the roles of diverse actors, through the exploration of key theories and analytical frameworks. Students are invited to engage in contemporary political debates to deepen their understanding of the emergence, development, and evolution of public policies.

A la fin de cette unité d’enseignement, l’étudiant est capable de :
1	Identify and define public policies and their various components. Master diverse theoretical and conceptual keys to understand public policies. Critically analyse public policies, particularly in light of contemporary political debates.
