Content
The course consists of 30 hours of teaching devoted to complaints concerning children (10h), adults 10h) and older persons (10h). Patients can be physically present or not at the community pharmacy. Community pharmacists must be able to ask the appropriate questions, to observe in some cases clinical signs, and then to determine the best attitude to adopt. All medical complaints cannot be covered in this course, which should allow every community pharmacist to assess the potential severity of any case he/she is confronted with

Written examination based on 10 clinical cases as could be seen in a community pharmacy (children 3; adults 4; older persons 3)
