Aims

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

1 To introduce the various fields that the psychology of work might be expected to manage, from the dual point of view of basic knowledge and the conditions required for the institution of change.
 
Content
Psychology and evaluation. Rating scales. The psychometric qualities of the evaluation, including statistical approach Competencies. Evaluation of competencies in the workplace. Contemporary evaluation practices in human resources management. The challenges of evaluation. Cognitive functioning when making an evaluation
