Content
The course aims to teach students the essentials of town and country planning law in the country's two French-speaking regions (RBC and RW). The first part deals with the objectives and principles of planning law, spatial planning instruments (orientation plans and land use plans) and planning regulations or guides. The second part presents the systems of planning permission and certificates (planning permission, subdivision or urbanisation permits, planning certificates, derogations and variances).
