Learning outcomes

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to :

The course "Basics of Quantitative Methods II" aims to introduce students to statistical analysis. In this context, the basic concepts and tools will be covered:
- Univariate descriptive statistics
- Bivariate descriptive statistics
- Probability theories
- Inferential statistics
At the end of the course, students will be able to
- Understand and calculate (using SPSS software) basic statistical parameters.
- Select basic statistical tools to answer a research question
- Interpret statistical results and answer a research question based on these interpretations
- Develop a critical eye for statistical productions (scientific or non-scientific)
