Content
The course focuses on the contextual specificities of specialist journalistic practices: historical aspects, current markets and innovative practices. It deals with issues related to writing, narratives, formats, journalistic genres and specialised editorial strategies (for example, in sport, culture, socio-economics, etc.).
Teaching methods
Project-based teaching. Each student enrols in one or two of the specialities offered this year (sports journalism, cultural journalism, business journalism).
They complete a journalistic project (alone or in groups of two) in accordance with the standards of that speciality, with the support of one of the course teachers.
Support is provided either face-to-face or remotely, depending on how the health situation develops.

Evaluation methods
Continuous work: completion of various exercises during the semester (50% of the grade)
Project: production of a report to be handed in at the beginning of the session (50% of the mark)
Second session: completion of all work (continuous work and project) not passed at the end of the first session.
