Content
Methodology of philosophy and exercises course is divided according to two approaches :

- The first aspect will be the development of a writing method: how to start, do, present a philosophical research ; how to write a dissertation (essay) ; how philosophers themselves have theorized their method.

- The second aspect will be to acquire the skills of philosophical reading : capacity of understanding philosophical issues of a text, capacity of commenting it by comparing it with recent scientific work, capacity of analysing its theories and its argumentation.
Teaching methods
Practical exercises: library working sessions, working group sessions of reading and commentary, writing workshops, in-class exercises, debates…
Evaluation methods

The presentation of both parts and the achievement of a minimum mark of 7/20 in each of these two parts is essential. The teaching unit can only be passed if the overall mark for the two weighted parts is not a failing grade.
