Content : The book and its techniques, from manuscripts to printed works. Description of the techniques of bookmaking and publishing. A study about the reading and the circulation of books.

Content
The object-book, reading and writing are approached from a perspective that combines a historical perspective, a sociology of fiction and various motifs (pharmakon, autobiobibliography, sexual difference, education, sexual pleasure, madness, etc.).
Teaching methods
Method: Lecture.
Evaluation methods
Essay on a reading scene in a fictional text (7 points) and in a work of art (7 points), with historical contextualization (6 points).. The student is required to systematically indicate all parts that have been subject to the use of AI, e.g., in footnotes, specifying whether AI was used for information retrieval, text composition, or correction. Additionally, information sources must be consistently cited in accordance with bibliographic referencing standards.
