The aim of the Notarial Law course is to provide students with a detailed and in-depth knowledge of the notary. It answers the three key questions of who, what and how: who is the notary? What does he do, and how does he act?

At the end of this learning unit, the student is able to : | |
| 1 | The course aims to give the students the theoretical and practical tools related to the specific rules which apply to the notary because of the function which is assigned to him by the law : the authentification of conventions, the duty of counsel, obligations related to the deposit of funds between the hands of the notary as public officer, deontology. |
