Content
The seminar focuses on state-citizens relationships, that is, citizens’ multiple policy experiences in the course of their daily life, including online experiences, and interactions with bureaucrats. The seminar studies how policies and bureaucrats shape state-citizens relationships, on the one hand, and what political outcomes citizens’ experiences and interactions have at the individual level, on the other hand. The seminar mainly draws from two scholarships: feedback studies on mass publics and administrative burdens.
